Places for People are supporting Get Online Week which runs from 18-24 October 2021.
The theme of Get Online Week this year is ‘Get online. Get connected.’ Getting online confidently and safely has never been more important. The pandemic has shown it is important for everyone to be able to connect with friends and family, access essential services, learn and work from home and keep up with the latest news.
Do you want to improve your digital skills or know someone in your neighbourhood who might benefit from it?
We are offering free digital training on a 1 to 1 basis to help customers who would like to improve their digital skills and build their confidence online. This is perfect for beginners who have no or limited digital skills, or for people who want to improve their existing digital skills. In some cases, we can help with access to equipment.
If you would like information on the digital skills training, please email inclusion@placesforpeople.co.uk or call our Digital Inclusion Co-ordinator on 07825045138.
We also encourage you to speak to your neighbours who might also benefit from the free digital training.
