We are here to help you find exercise activities that you enjoy or to discuss ideas if you aren’t sure.
This can include exercise classes, swimming, and gym use at your local leisure centre or even group exercises with others in your neighbourhood such as walking, Zumba and chair-based exercises.
No matter what you would like to do, we will try and help. As well as helping you find a suitable activity or group, we can fund some activities, to give you the chance to try them for FREE.
If there is interest from others in your neighbourhood, we can fund group exercise sessions for a limited time to get it started!
