Domestic Violence Support

Cotman has signed up to the Chartered Institute of Housing's Make a Stand campaign. Domestic abuse is one of the biggest issues we face in society today and two women are killed every week in the UK by their partner or ex-partner.

These are our homes, our people and this is our problem. We are committed to Making a Stand and this is what we have pledged to do:

Supporting residents affected by domestic abuse through an effective policy framework

  • Having information so our residents and staff affected by domestic abuse know where they can access services

  • Having an HR Policy which supports employees facing domestic abuse

  • Having a champion at senior level who supports people experiencing domestic abuse. Our Senior Champion is Nicola Galwey-Woolston. Our Operational lead is Joel Woolley.
