Together for Mental Wellbeing provides a floating support service for people who have mental health problems and need housing related support. The service is free for people without a personal budget. If you get a personal budget a charge will be taken in line with the Council's charging policy.
In Suffolk all housing related support requests go through a single gateway which categorises customers according to their needs and the risks that they present, and allows them to be better supported by support providers

Cotman has signed up to the Chartered Institute of Housing's Make a Stand campaign. Domestic abuse is one of the biggest issues we face in society today and two women are killed every week in the UK by their partner or ex-partner.
These are our homes, our people and this is our problem. We are committed to Making a Stand and this is what we have pledged to do:
Supporting residents affected by domestic abuse through an effective policy framework
Having information so our residents and staff affected by domestic abuse know where they can access services
Having an HR Policy which supports employees facing domestic abuse
Having a champion at senior level who supports people experiencing domestic abuse. Our Senior Champion is Nicola Galwey-Woolston. Our Operational lead is Joel Woolley.
