We are sorry our online service to report a repair is not available.

We are now responding to non-emergency repairs as lockdown restrictions are gradually eased. To report a repair please call our Customer Service Centre during normal opening hours on 01772 667075 or sign in or register for our customer portal to schedule your repair. We expect high demand as the telephone service re-opens, so where possible please use our online service which allows you to book a suitable appointment date and time.

Please note if your home is in a local lockdown area we are responding to emergency repairs only. 

Keeping you safe

Before starting work, we will ask if anyone in your home is shielding, self-isolating or showing any symptoms of COVID-19. If someone in your household is self-isolating or has tested positive for the virus, we will only carry out emergency work in certain circumstances.

All trades operatives will show you identification when they visit your home. Please check this and once you are satisfied, you can leave our contractor or colleague to carry out their work. 

While in your home our operatives will be using new safe ways of working designed to reduce the spread of coronavirus. This includes wearing personal protective equipment and wiping down surfaces they touch with disinfectant wipes. Our teams follow social distancing guidelines of two metres, so we may ask you to stay in a separate room during the visit. Operatives will let themselves out when they have finished but will check that you are happy with the work first.
