Meeting needs to create strong communities
We're one of East Anglia's leading housing associations. We own and manage over 3,300 homes across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
We exist to give people with housing needs the best possible choices. Excellent customer service is at the heart of our approach and we take pride in our staff.
As a member of Places for People Group we benefit from the support of one of the UK's largest property development, management and regeneration companies.
We are a provider of affordable housing in the East of England. We provide independent self-contained housing for single people, couples, families and older people, with most of our properties available for rent. We also own small portfolios of supported housing, sheltered housing, shared ownership and leasehold retirement properties.
We receive external funding to deliver wider services in communities. We also deliver a full management service to the Josiah and Mary Brewster Charitable Fund, which offers almshouse accommodation in Blofield, Broadland.

Shareholding membership
National shareholding membership is open to the Places for People Group.
Community shareholding membership is at the discretion of the Cotman Board of Management and was open historically to anyone with knowledge, experience, skills which complement the aims of the association. We are not currently offering community shareholding memberships, preferring instead to work in partnership with any organisation or individual who support our ethos and/or wishes to volunteer in our communities.
