Nigel Finney, Managing Director Chorus Homes & Interim Managing Director Cotman

Nigel has over 30 years' experience in the sector managing mixed-tenure housing, regeneration projects and stock transfers. He has overseen business transformation projects and change management programmes. Nigel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing's Professional Standards Committee.

Natalie Murphy, Head of Neighbourhoods Chorus Homes and Interim Housing Operations Manager Cotman

Natalie has worked in social housing for the past 18 years in a wide variety of rolls including Income recovery, supported services, temporary accommodation and neighbourhood operations. During this time she has obtained a degree in Housing, Communities and Regeneration which has supported her passion for creating sustainable communities where people can live and thrive. Natalie is dedicated to a people first approach, and has great strengths in negotiations, problem solving and ensuring we deliver a high quality to our customers. She leads a highly committed team who provide frontline services to our customers in our communities every day ensuring our homes are maintained and well served. She is a member of a number of strategic community partnerships overseeing and supporting the communities that we live in and ensuring that customers are at the heart of discussions and decisions made across the counties.

Mark Winstanley, Head of Asset Management Chorus Homes and Interim Property and Compliance Manager Cotman

Mark is an experienced and proactive Asset Manager with over twenty years experience in local government and social housing. He is a strategic leader with a track record of managing condition data collection, investment planning and improvement programme delivery.  He has proved successful in initiating and delivering significant capital projects, maintenance programmes and leading teams of all levels and disciplines. Mark’s strengths include building up mutually beneficial networks across the public and private sector and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team Mark drives forward a business orientated, people first, approach to asset management and development. Mark is a strong leader, with an analytical mind and an apt for problem solving and delivering effective solutions.

Nicky Galwey-Woolston, Projects and Supported Housing Manager

Nicky joined Cotman as the Support Services Manager in September 2012. Nicky is currently responsible for the overall management of the business as well as managing our sheltered and supported housing and Sport England projects.

Nicky started her career in the housing sector in 1992. Nicky has held varied roles with Local Authorities and Housing Associations, including front line housing, housing strategy and management of housing support teams. Nicky is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Lisa Clark, Assistant Accountant & Project Co-ordinator

Lisa joined Cotman in March 2014 as Assistant Accountant. She was subsequently appointed as the Project Coordinator for the Sport England project Make Your Move in July 2018 and continues to fulfil both roles.

Lisa has worked in finance and accounting roles for 24 years - 22 years at Aviva and more recently Norfolk County Council. Responsibilities in a variety of roles have included credit control, expense management and reporting, finance planning and reporting, finance system user testing, governance of offshore finance processes and balance sheet reconciliation governance.

Lisa is part qualified Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a CIMA diploma in management accounting. She is also a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Kerry Diggens, Lettings and Sales Team Manager

Kerry joined Cotman in June 2000, and initially worked in the Finance Department. She moved to the Allocations team in 2014, and was appointed Lettings Team Manager in 2016. In her current role she specialises ensuring her team are making sustainable lettings, whilst keeping void costs and re-let times to a minimum.
