An emergency repair is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm to you, another person or to your property.

Examples include:

  • Complete loss of power
  • Insecure property
  • Structurally unsafe building
  • Isolate/make safe electrics or damaged ceiling after severe water penetration
  • Attendance to smoke detector or carbon monoxide activation

Complete loss of heating

This is not classed as an emergency. We follow the Right to Repair legislation and will attend complete loss of heating by the end of the next working day (Monday to Saturday 6.30pm)

All emergency repairs need to be reported by phone immediately on 01772 667075. This line is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We aim to carry out all emergency repairs within 4 hours.
